I don't say that just because it's in the Criterion Collection, it's legitimately an excellent film.

This is a good example of a Godzilla movie where the human characters are as equally interesting as the monsters themselves, and while it's not on the same level of the original, it is still pretty intense.

Plus Biollante is such a beast. I love that plant.

Poor Cheli couldn't stomach "Fifty Shades of Grey", but then again not everyone can.

Curve-faced solifuge (Ammotrechidae)

An unknown species of spider poses in a defensive position in front of the camera. When they feel that they are under threat, they put the legs up in the air, and open the big chelicera, to scare predators.

This is now one of my favorite places, oh my Gosh.

So many cool and different movies, could you imagine Birdemic and When the Wind Blows are in the same group? That's like when you find out Armageddon is in the Criterion Collection.

Delicatessen.

Closed Circuit.

Delirium.

The Color Out of Space.
