TODAY we will be picking an extra special add-on for our cake!!

These are things I felt didn't really fit in to another category, or that I just think are a nice special extra pop to make our cake even fancier!!

Reminder: our cake is fudgy chocolate, with a triple chocolate mousse filling, decorated with BOTH salted caramel buttercream icing AND a coffee and brown butter italian meringue buttercream icing!!

This is our final poll for real!! I don't feel like dragging it on another day to decide decorating techniques, so that'll be up to me lol

Cake construction will begin tomorrow!!!! Stay tuned!!!

Imbc = Italian meringue buttercream (lighter than standard buttercream icing)

We're almost at the finish line folks!!! Now I just need to clean my kitchen so I can take videos/photos......
