Instructions: Preheat your BBQ to medium-high heat. Lay out four large pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches in length. Divide the sliced potatoes evenly among the foil pieces, placing them in the center. Drizzle melted butter over the potatoes in each foil packet.
