These Cheeseburger Pop Tarts are a quirky and delicious twist on a classic American favorite. With a flaky pastry crust filled with a savory cheeseburger mixture, they're perfect for a fun and unexpected meal.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced pickles. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup yellow mustard. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 sheets refrigerated pie crust dough.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put the diced onions and ground beef in a skillet and set it over medium-low heat. Cook until the onions are soft and clear. Get rid of any extra fat. Pickle dice, cheddar cheese shreds, ketchup, yellow mustard, and mayonnaise should all be mixed in. After a few more minutes, make sure that everything is well mixed. Add pepper and salt to taste. Take out the pie crust dough sheets and cut each one into four equal squares. There will be eight squares in all. Put a small amount of the cheeseburger mix on half of each square, but leave some space around the edges. In order to make a triangle, fold the other half of each square over the filling. Press and seal the edges with a fork. Add some water to the top of each pop tart and then sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Put the pop tarts on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Bake them in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down for a few minutes. Enjoy your Cheeseburger Pop Tarts as a fun and tasty treat!
