Ingredients: 2 cups cooked shredded chicken. 4 cups French fries. 1 cup cheese curds. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup tomato paste. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1 teaspoon garam masala. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. Spread French fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes to make a roux. Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Stir in heavy cream, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, garam masala, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add shredded chicken to the sauce and stir to coat. To assemble, place cooked French fries on serving plates. Top with cheese curds and pour butter chicken sauce over the fries. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!
