Ingredients: 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate brownie pieces. 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating. Assorted dippers: graham crackers, pretzels, strawberries, etc..
Instructions: Smoothly blend softened cream cheese and unsalted butter in a sizable mixing bowl. Mix in vanilla extract, brown sugar, and powdered sugar. Blend until thoroughly blended. Add the cocoa powder and semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir until well combined. Once the chocolate brownie pieces are evenly distributed throughout the mixture, gently fold them in. Once the cheese ball is sufficiently firm to maintain its shape, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Unwrap the cheese ball and coat it evenly with the remaining 1/2 cup of powdered sugar before serving. Arrange the coated cheese ball on a platter and garnish it with a variety of dippers, such as pretzels, graham crackers, and strawberries.
