not sure the exact number, but i know it was before i started school :3
This is a fraudulent book of anti-Catholic propaganda which unfortunately has an aesthetically pleasing cover RIP 😭. Not running apologia for the Catholic Church but the kinda shit from the 1850s etc is very much hate speech and particularly immigrants used to get mobbed and (not exaggerating/misusing the term her!) lynched over it. This is a church-is-the-antichrist thing it looks like.

Hello! Just stopping by with a question about writing XD Do you have any characters who's role grew bigger than you expected? Any surprising changes your characters went through during the writing process?
Hey there!!
Oh boy, DO I!!
Almiel actually got a bigger role than I intended. I wanted him to be a shitty little messenger angel who felt bad for Esther and did a little extra for her as a result. By virtue of being a messenger, though, and of angels being creatures from the Celestial Plane born from divine creation with inherent responsibility and duty, he kind of got a bigger role-- and it started as a joke? I thought it would be funny for Bloodsaw to be like, "Yeah, you know that angel that made your life a little better? He appeared to me in a walk-in and handed me a pickaxe and then had sex on my grave and resurrected me against my will."
Because he resurrected Bloodsaw, though, and because the narrative became that the reason for this had to do with the Saint (Santa Claus), a bigger role unfolded. Sure, he's a messenger angel-- but he's also the guy who pulls the strings. He was initially doing it because he felt bad for all the Chosen he had to deliver messages to, but it became something expected of him by those above him.
In Bloodsaw's narrative in particular, he had a substantial part to play. He's the angel who appeared to them in the walk-in; he's the one who gave them tasks; and he's the one angel who mourned them truly. He's the one who brought them back to life.
Not to mention his relationship with his Infernal counterpart, Kazzik. They're like stepsiblings to each other, and always sick, and always teasing each other. Almiel didn't have anything like that at the beginning.
I'm glad he's changed.
I never thought of checking the mail as particularly cinematic, but hey...if y'all buy tickets who am I to refuse a role? ((she/her. okay to reblog.))

Why in the world do we have so many gifs of stuffing envelopes? There is no way of knowing. But they’re sort of hypnotizing to watch…
