Songs of Emraan Hashmi has always been chartbusters. However, none of his songs have charmed the audience recently. Now, one of the songs from Emraan Hashmi’s upcoming movie Cheat India has released. The song has been titled ‘Phir Mulaaqat’. It is a romantic song that has been featured upon Emraan Hashmi and his muse onscreen Shreya Dhanwanthary. Composition of the song has been made by Kunaal-Rangon from Songster. The song may grow on you over the time. Jubin Nautiyal has given his melodious voice to this song and it is pure music. There is no doubt in the fact that Jubin Nautiyal is one of the underrated singers in Bollywood at the moment. In spite of being it an ordinary piece, the song has been uplifted to some extent certainly with beautiful voice of the Humma Humma singer. Upon hearing the song, you may not be disappointed at all.

The song Phir Mulaquaat is nice. However, it may not create a place in the heart instantly. Perhaps, it may grow on later.

Through this movie, corruption in the educational system in India has been showcased. Emraan Hashmi plays a grey character here who likes to make money quickly. Due to this reason, he helps the students from rich families to pass the competitive exams by placing brilliant and talented students in the place of actual one inside the examinational hall. However, he is caught and now has to face the trial in the court. So, are you interested to see this movie in theatres?

On Republic Day 2019, it is expected to be a clash between three movies which are Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Thackeray and Emraan Hashmi’s Cheat India. Release of these movies has been scheduled on 25th January. However, it may not be a clash three ways anymore as one of the movies have decided to change the release date.

Through a press conference by the makers of Thackeray and Cheat India, it has been announced jointly that both the movies will not release on the same day. Now, Emraan Hashmi’s Cheat India will come to theatres a week early. Release date of Cheat India will be now 18th January. So, Nawazuddin starrer biopic Thackeray and Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi will be releasing on 25th January now.

Coming to Twitter,  Emraan Hashmi has made the announcement of new release date with a poster of Cheat India. He has written, “I cheated !! My film #Cheatindia will release one week earlier.. 18th jan 2019 !! See you in the theatres”

Previously, Thackeray’s producer Sanjay Raut has said, “I can’t stop other filmmakers from releasing their films on the same weekend, but no matter how many films come up against us, the country is waiting for Thackeray. Nawazuddin Siddiqui has played him extremely well and while people are aware that Balasaheb was a politician, cartoonist and an orator, we are showcasing his rise from a common man to a superman which makes for interesting viewing. We were the first to announce the release and I’m not going to shift the date come what may.”
