{{So...I was listening to random songs and...I got inspired to do a random drabble...}}
âI sense thereâs something in the wind, that feels like tragedyâs at hand~â Once again, the girl found herself alone in the room, her fingers on the keys of the old piano being the only sound in the silence that enveloped the rest of the house. âAnd though Iâd like to stay by him, canât shake this feeling that I haveâŚthe worst is just around the bend~â Her brother and cousin were out, for how long she didnât know, but it was perfect timing for recording something. Nikki was not one to speak of her feelings, especially to others, on the belief that there were already to many problems in the world, so what was the use in sharing hers? But on occasion, sheâd write a song or twoâŚjust to let go some of those pent up feelings she had, and it was even rarer that sheâd record them, but she felt that this just needed to beâŚheard. By who she didnât know, but never the less she kept playing, thinking about a single boy in particular. âAnd does he notice, my feelings for him? And will he see how much he means to me? âŚ.I think itâs not to be~â She knew one day he wouldnât be the same, gone madâŚturned into a monster. Yet, she couldnât stop thinking about it, even if it only brought more worries and sadness to the weight of her heart, and admittedly more scars than were from battle and other incidentsâŚbut she couldnât help it. âWhat will become of my dear friend? Where will his actions lead us then?~â The thought was always there in the back of her mind, even when her sibling or cousin would try to reassure her with kind words and smiles, it was like a storm cloud in the back of her head. 'One dayâŚ.you might have to kill himâŚnoâŚno it wonât be you, you wouldnât be able to do itâŚbut you might have toâŚâ âAlthough Iâd Like to join the crowd, in their enthusiastic cloud, Try as I may it doesnât last~â It was hard to think theses things, especially since the young man sheâd come to know seemed anything but a monster. She knew his secrets, and he knew hers. She knew he wasnât an angel, she knew he left a body or two, if not a trail of corpses where ever he was when he wasnât with her. He was no angel, but that just made them all the more alike. âAnd will we ever, end up together? OhâŚ..â
âAnd will we ever, end up together?
No. I think not,
For I am not the one.~â
And admittedlyâŚshe loved David. More than she thought she had ever loved anyoneâŚ
