Okay okay evidence of the lil' forward jump and my third pull is still mostly non-existent. Howeverrrrr this is #165/the most I've ever FULL cleaned. I did it 3x today from the hang, so I'm countin' that as a win. Also countin' on testing that clean again soon. 170-something coming at chya, stay tuned π

Especially with the start of the Open tomorrow, I've been making a more concentrated effort to actually track my macros. Stress eating, inadequate sleep and, frankly excuses, have gotten me pretty off track from where I'd like to be - physically and mentally. But I've been consistent lately, and feeling like there's good things to come βπ»
Just weightlifting things
I PR'd my snatch on Saturday ππ» been chasing that since I started at this gym last August. Though it was clear my technique was improving I couldn't seal the deal until this past weekend π did I mention it was immediately post-metcon? (15.1 style practice) ALSOOOO today I hit 95% of my C&J max and it felt so freakin' solid. Maybe it was the extra carbs I ate this weekend π coach shut down me trying to PR real quick (buuuut dad! #openweek π) but I'll take consistency and feeling strong all damn day. ππ»
Yesterday our comp team retested Open workout 15.4 (8 mins of ascending HSPU & power cleans at 125/155) and I literally tripled my score from last year πβΊοΈπ so excitingggg, I can't wait for this season with the best damn gym there is.
