Tori and Tonkotsu Broth Ramen at Sanpoutei (Holland Village Branch) The soup was so thick and creamy it felt like I was drinking pudding. The charsiew was melt-in-the mouth, and can I make the bad pun that torching it really put the char in charsiew? For people who prefer chewier noodles, (it's from Niigata) this is a notch above Ippudo for the higher-end ramen chains.
