Ingredients: 6 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl with olive oil to make the marinade. Put the chicken thighs in a large plastic bag that can be closed again or a shallow dish. Make sure that every piece of chicken is covered in the marinade. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour, but preferably overnight. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Grill chicken thighs for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches 165F 75C and the juices run clear. Leave to rest for 5 minutes after taking off the grill.
