Roadside Display
For a time, Charlevoix, Michigan, could boast that it was home of the largest cherry pie: 1976 to 1987. The local cement plant built the oven for the fourteen foot wide pie pan while cherry farmers supplied the ingredients.
As the dates listed above suggest, a larger pie would come, and yet another. Since that story has been compiled, I'll simply supply a link for it here.
