Just thinking about how I have seen some people speculating that we are going to have the Nick and Charlie big argument scene from the ‘Nick and Charlie novella ’ that ends in a brief breakup. From watching the trailer, I am not sure how they will do that. In the trailer it shows Charlie finally finding himself and being happy and then Nick feeling anxious and not opening up to Charlie just like in the comics however in the novella it’s Nick who is super positive and can’t stop talking about university and Charlie feeling lost and left behind. I am going to assume that the scene in the trailer when Nick says “I am only happy when I am with you” and Charlie replying “I don’t think that’s how it should be” is a potential breakup scene but I am not sure it will be the specific one from the novella as it just wouldn’t make sense with the plot of the movie but I suppose we shall see. I can’t wait for the movie to come out although sad that this is the end.
