Now we’re up to the second episode of this week of new episodes, “Room And Hoard”..How will the Loud kids fare when having to part with their some of their old playthings? Let’s take a look..

Was funny watching Rita pick through the old things in the attic, including an orange blimp and an interesting book that’s a little too late. Also funny to see Lynn Sr. trapped in the instrument. 

Was sweet seeing the kids go through their old stuff and I could understand why they wouldn’t want to let go of them. 

Got a good laugh with Lucy using her tiny shovel for a bee funeral and Lori talking on her giant play phone. Also fun to see Lynn Jr. playing with her mini hoop. 

One of the cutest parts was seeing Lana and Lola sing and bounce on the couch while watching an old preschool video about frogs. Not to mention Lily with her toilet paper roll..hehe. Was also really cute to see Leni getting excited playing her operation style fashion game dressed as a doctor..especially how excited she got. 

Also Lisa’s keepsakes were..interesting to say the least..hehe

Was sweet and cute to see Luan and Luna play with their puppets on the stage..and then funny to see Lincoln on his old trike while wearing a shirt too small for him along with a bib and beanie hat.

Was also really funny seeing Luan and Luna still stuck in the puppet stage when they were on the couch. Looks like they get to keep their old stuff..for now as long as they don’t get any new stuff. 

Was fun and sweet seeing Lincoln and Lola work together to win an arcade game and seeing the prizes they got before hiding them. Was funny that Lola gave her doll a magazine to read to keep from getting bored..hehe

Got a good laugh from Leni buying everything she could a particular store and was sweet and cute seeing Lily get excited by the multicolored wig and how excited she was wearing it. Was also fun seeing Lori try to explain how she got the new golf clubs

Was funny seeing Lana and Lucy’s reactions to the other finding their new items along with Lisa finding something from Charles..hehe. 

Was funny seeing Luna push the free pinball machine back with Luan wearing a chicken boa sitting on top. Not to mention the reaction to seeing Lynn Jr. come home with her new find. Also fun to see the interesting spots where the kids hid everything. 

Also really funny to see the kid’s new items coming out of everywhere into the living room..hehe

Was glad the kids owned up to what they did and were willing to give their old items away. Was sweet to see them give them away to the other kids in the neighborhood and showing them how to use them. Also funny at the end to see Flip wearing all of Leni’s old sunglasses and other things. 

This was a really fun and very relatable episode. Can imagine a lot of us have things we don’t really want to let go of even if we don’t use them anymore. A lot of really funny, sweet and cute scenes throughout. I enjoyed the lesson at the end which was a very important one. Overall one of the better episodes of Season 4.

Now we’re up to the most recently aired Loud House episodes, Starting with “Feast Or Family” How will Luan’s attempt at cooking fare? Let’s take a look..

Got a good laugh at Lynn Sr. trying to figure out what the smell was along with what each of the kids was doing. Was great to hear him compliment how well Luan made the sandwich.

Was fun seeing them make eggs together along with the egg puns..hehe. Was sweet that Luan made an egg dish to look just like Lynn Sr. (before Charles took it..hehe) Also was fun seeing them work together on the veggies, including his ‘finger food’ joke. 

The cake bit was especially fun..the best part was the erupting that managed to take out Lola..hehe

Making the food for the rest of the family was fun as well..especially how the family was acting before they got the food. Was glad they enjoyed it and was sweet to see how Luan felt afterwards. 

Was sweet seeing how happy he was when she agreed to be a part of his restaurant business.

Got a good laugh when Lynn Sr. used the gong and Luan thought it was Luna..hehe. 

Lynn Sr. was being a little over the top with his enthusiasm but I could understand that. Felt bad for Luan when he sorta wrecked the lunchroom and scared her friends away.

Got a good laugh at Luan asking about where Mr. Coconuts was, especially Lincoln and his plush bunny both dressed as cowboys. Wasn’t too happy that it was Lynn Sr. who hid him away. Didn’t blame Luan for getting mad at him. Was glad that he finally realized he was going overboard and tried to make amends. 

Loved the ending..it was sweet to see him return Mr. Coconuts and to see him and Luan working together to cook at the end without any added pressure. 

I enjoyed this episode quite a it. The only thing that bothered me was Lynn Sr. going overboard and taking the fun out of the cooking but I was happy that the resolution was sweet. . Overall though it didn’t take too much from the episode as a whole. Definitely one of the better episodes of the season.

Next up is “A Dark And Story Night” How did the Loud kids telling their own story fare? Let’s take a look..

Was funny seeing the Loud kids each pull out their phone immediately after the power went out and seeing Lily spit out her phone..hehe. 

Lincoln’s part of the story was particularly fun with the space cowboy and his cool ship. Got a good laugh when Lola started her part of the story with Lincoln interrupting. Lola’s part was fun as well with her as a pretty princess/ruler of the planet and explaining what Lincoln’s character has to find. 

Lana’s was really fun..her as a frog is a perfect fit and the bit where she glowed particularly funny. 

Luna’s part was fun as well with her as a rock god in the clouds..another great fit. I like how Luan’s part fit in with Luna especially with Luna interrupting.

Lisa’s part was fun as well..her being a robot definitely fit her. 

Lynn Jr.’s part was enjoyable with her an sport loving alien who of course is extra competitive.. the other need a plan to beat her in the game. 

Of course Lucy had to be a ghost..hehe. The game was really fun with her helping the other beat Lynn Jr. 

I liked Lori as a mermaid who is charging her phone with the last crystal and talking about her Boo Boo Bear..hehe.

I liked that Leni’s part had the group working together and that the Lisa robot built an alternative power supply for mermaid Lori. And Lily’s part of the story was..fitting for her to say the least..hehe. And with that the story has a happy ending with everything working out for everyone. Ad a good laugh at the end with the kids arguing about what story to do next. 

This was a very fun episode. I loved that each of the kids contributed their own parts of the story using their imagination. The designs for each of the scenes was particularly fun and it was great seeing the kids work together. Definitely one of the best episodes of the season so far. :)

Side Note - I probably won’t do a full review on the ‘Stay At Home’ Special but may do a mini review once I see it in full.

Now we’re up to the next set of new episodes starting with only the second episode in the series centered around the main Loud family pets (after the season 2 episode “Pets Peeved”) called “Love Birds”. How did the attempt to find Walt a love connection fare? Let’s take a look..

Love how cute Walt looks when he’s looking at the Flamingo and it was sweet how Charles, Cliff and Geo helped him look his best to try and make a good impression. Felt bad for him when he found out his ‘love’ was a just Mr. Grouse’s plastic flamingo..poor embarrassed and heartbroken Walt! 

Got a good laugh at Lana being able to read the sign on Walt’s birdhouse..apparently she can read ‘canary’..hehe. Loved seeing the other pets try to find a new bird girlfriend for Walt, striking out with a Hummingbird that was hanging out with Lola (due to the little bird probably being too fast for him), a mourning dove that was helping Lucy (who’s song might make him too sad), an owl playing chess with Lisa (because the owl’s ability to turn her head all the way around might gross him out) and eagle who tries to swoop down on the trio before finding a beautiful female duck talking to some frogs at Tall Timbers Pond. Loved the imagine spots with each of the potential suitors..especially the last with them seeing wedding bells with Walt and the duck.

Got another laugh at Walt looking all disheveled after emerging from his birdhouse and with how the other three pets ‘cleaned’ him up. 

Was sweet watching Walt hit it off with the girl duck (while eating Lynn Sr.’s lasagna). Was so sad to see when she announced she had to go fly south for the winter with her family and Walk’s sad reaction..but the other pets have a plan. 

Was funny seeing each of the reactions to the missing items (Lana missing her sand, Lynn Sr.’s wave machine, Lincoln missing three of his polo shirts..( with Lana using one to change the oil in vanzilla,,hehe), Lisa’s heat lamp for her crocodile eggs (which she quickly hides again),Lola with the Lemonde Mr. Grouse’s flower leaves and Leni looking for the beach umbrella (only for Lincoln to point out it’s fall..hehe)) and it was sweet for Charles and the others to get the duck to stay (with her parent’s blessing) with the special ‘Florida’ vacation setting in his doghouse. 

Was sad to see the duck girl miss her family and still have to leave..and it was sweet to see the other pets push Walt into joining her in Florida. Was so cute seeing them snuggle on the beach..now it was Walt’s turn to miss his friends..aww. 

Just loved the sweet reunion with Walt coming back to Charles, Cliff and Geo..not to mention the postcard that the duck girl sent, saying (in duck which Lana can read too..hehe) how she can’t wait to see him in the spring..aww! 

This was such a sweet, adorable and creative episode. Loved the pet’s interactions with each other and how they communicated with each other. I thought the use of perspective (with how they never showed the Louds and Mr. Grouse’s faces throughout the episode) was very clever. Overall a very enjoyable episode..hopefully we’ll see more episodes like this in the future

Next up is “Rocket Men”.. how did Lincoln and Clyde’s adventure at Space Camp fare? Let’s take a look..

Was funny seeing Lincoln and Clyde’s reactions to the camp commercial (those big starry eyes..hehe. Was great seeing Lincoln’s blue suit again and was nice seeing both Lynn Sr. and Rita as well as both Harold & Howard McBride in a more expanded role than the last episode they were in. 

Was cute seeing how enthusiastic Lincoln and Clyde were to see the camp for the first time and seeing how excited the counselor was to see them. Was funny seeing their misadventures the first day..was clear they were in way over their heads. 

Could really feel for them when they wanted to go home that night while the parents suggested they try and find something they might like the next day. 

Got a good laugh at them trying to escape, only to be thwarted each time..hehe.Was also funny when they stumbled upon the flight simulator..not to mention the ‘bored’ guy watching the computer and starting it up. 

Liked seeing Lincoln and Clyde work together to inadvertently pass the simulator by working together. Was great to see them be excited after all. 

The ending was sweet with the boys telling their parents they wanted to stay after all and the parents agreeing..with Lynn Sr. mentioning a pancake place on the way home for the parents to go to..hehe

This was a decent episode overall. There were a lot of funny moments and some sweet ones as well but I wish there coulda been a little more to this one. Feel like it was better suited as a longer episode.
