8 OF STONES (Wands)

8 OF BONES (Pentacles)

The other person and what they are bringing to the relationship. What they have to give you – this includes the soul lessons they have to teach you as well as their ability to offer love and support.

In traditional artwork, the eight of pentacles depicts a young man working diligently and happily on a project. He has already completed a great deal of his task and is focused on maintaining the quality of his work.

When this card appears in a reading, it suggests perseverence as a job nears completion, or that someone is learning a great deal through work that may seem repetitive. This is a card of nearing mastery and maintaining effort and focus until the end. While not a particularly romantic card, in this spread it suggests the support your partner can provide or skills he can teach you in the pursuit of either person's goals.
