Calm, sarcastic, and far more perceptive than he lets on, Marlow has an uncanny ability to read people. Whether he's mentoring the next generation of heroes or offering a steady hand to those struggling to find their place, he rarely pushes someone without believing they're capable of more.

He calls it experience.
