Why do people act like Ch110 is a confirmation of the telepath theory? It is not.
First, Melinda is an unreliable narrator. She doesn't know what is really going on and bases her theory on limited facts. She also said her husband's an alien, yet y'all are not so sure about that.
Secondly, if Donovan could read minds Twilight would have been disposed of long ago. There is no good reason to leave an enemy spy loose for month.
Thirdly, we know there can be a variety of powers. Melinda said it looks like he can read minds, which could from her perspective mean that he either knows something he couldn't have, or acts like he knows what you are going to do or say, beside the obvious one. Under certain conditions Bond's power can also be mistaken for telepathy.
I think the chapter is a much more solid confirmation that Donovan has powers, but what those are remains to be seen
