What part of writing do you find the most difficult charting: plot, dialogue, or character development?

That is a big question I’ve been reading fic for like, 15 years, dude. Be nice if there was more fic for my not so popular pairings tho...
What pairing was the most challenging to write?
Sansaery. One of my longer fics and it was hard trying to modernize an entire world.
Is there an AU fanfic that you wish you came up with?
There’s a lot of werewolf Clexa and I wish I’d gotten into it. Although none of it seems to really be my thing there’s a lot of g!p and I’m not about that.
