Ateneo Wins their 4th UAAP Crown
Ateneo wins their fourth UAAP crown at the expense of their archrivals De La Salle. I was kind of dissapointed at the La Salle crowd for not going full force. Trying to overcheer the green side is one of the best things to do during an Ateneo La Salle game. So how are they going to put up a fight when the Araneta Colisuem is divided 65-35 in favor of Ateneo? Come on! Where is the school spirit? Kudos to those Lasallians who watched the game :). So at the start of the game, I was feeling sorry for La Salle beacuse of their crowd turn out. BUT, when Ferdinand taunted the Blue Side... I wished that Nonoy will make Ferdinand cry before the game ends :)). The two quick fouls that were called against Rabeh made me feel uneasy. Good thing that Baldos and Jobe were there to the rescue! :) Ateneo actually massacred La Salle during the first half (leading by as much as 15 if I'm not mistaken). Then La Salle stormed back during the third quarter cutting the lead to 3. During the fourth quarter, Maeirhofer was ejected beacuse he pciked up his second technical foul (he is now called as RICO FINGERHOFER), JV Casio picked up his fifth foul and that was the end of La Salle's back-to-back hopes. La Salle didn't show up during the awarding of the first runner up trophy and medals. Luto o feeling api? Hindi naman 'yung mga referees 'yung nang dididrty finger e. Hindi naman 'yung mga referees 'yung puro mintis 'yung tira e. At the end of the day, these "dirty refs" could only do so much and the ball game is still on the hands of the guys trying to put that ball through a ring suspended 10-feet high. Wala namang natatalo sa Pilipinas e. No more mathematical heresy. This time, 4 > 0On to the Bonfire :) One Big Fight :) Now I'm waiting for the kickass championship shirt :) *please, no jologs comment. I am from The Ateneo and thus, I will be for The Ateneo. Make your own damn blog. Thank you :)
