Les étapes de fabrication des carreaux estampés historiés médiévaux : - Estampage dans la terre rouge chamottée*. - Remplissage avec la terre blanche, même coeff. de retrait au séchage. - Grattage après séchage "consistance cuir". - Cuisson (+ de 1000 degrés) après séchage complet.
* terre chamottée : terre lisse dans laquelle on ajoute de l'argile cuite à haute température et concassée à la meule.
