Hey it's me. I'm asking on Anon since the blog I originally asked with is meant to be more for current event things not a Fandom blog.
Eventually I'll make a side blog for tf2 things although I don't think you can send asks from side blogs.
Anyway! I've got more questions for stuff about your Blu Team.
First - If a place of origin isn't mentioned, does that mean they're from the same places as the Red mercs? (Like Rey doesn't have a country mentioned so is he also Australian?)
Second - You've said your Engineer is 'sweet but spineless'. I wanna know if there's anything that Could make him lash out. Also! The Canon Engineer is crazy enough to cut off his own forearm for the gunslinger, Just Because.
What the Hell made a marshmallow of a man like your Engie have the Guts or momentary insanity to do That to himself? Assuming I'm reading his bio correctly and he does have the gunslinger.
And finally, if it's okay to ask, What merc design/ref sheet do you think will drop next?
Yes, if a place of origin is not mentioned, I do intend for them to be from the same places as the RED mercs— actually I can just tell you where everyone is from!
Engineer: Provo, UT
Sniper: Rural Australia
Medic: Germany
Scout: Chicago, IL
Soldier: United States
Pyro: ???
Demo: Liverpool, England
Heavy: São Paulo, Brazil
Spy: California
Glen-Allen is a tough guy to anger, but he’s prone to cracking under pressure. As mentioned in his bio, he’s a very poor decision maker, especially with important choices. If there were a lot of pressure on him to make a big decision, he’d likely lash out. Then immediately apologize, of course.
As for what caused him to amputate his own arm: a horrific fit of madness. Allen really has an insatiable hunger for knowledge and technological advancements— it’s like an obsession he can’t control. So once he gets this idea of replacing his hand with a mechanical one, he can’t stop thinking about it. It keeps him awake at night. He builds the gunslinger and stares at it. His hand itches until eventually, he just lops it off the middle of the night to stop his mind from racing. He regrets it immediately, and every day after as well.
I have both the Soldier and the Spy’s bios written down, but I think I’ll work on the Spy’s ref sheet next. Tysm for the ask!! :3
