#chained oblivion

The story element being that people walking through are acolytes or worshippers of the cathedral. You get early scenes with the beautiful stained glass that marks the back wall of the cathedral. Alarm bells begin to sound. Narrow dark hallways filled with smoke (haze) open into scenes of chaotic fighting. The Laughing Hand and their people are tearing through other acolytes, who are fighting or fleeing. Scare actors jump out in the narrow hallways and grasp toward the people walking by. Pumate SWOLE makes a cameo. One scene features the stained glass shattering (via cool special effects) and the earthen paw emerging from the new gaping hole, with Caleb on it. We start moving down towards the basement to the fane room and see the final fight: The Mighty Nien versus Obann and his people, Yasha getting the final blow, the emergence of the Chained Oblivion form. The exit is past a narrow miss with the Chained Oblivion. 

Is this temple site of another one the Chained Oblivion shackles?

We know that there are six sets of divine shackles that hold the Chained Oblivion to the bottom of Abyss. One of the them is in the Chantry of the Dawn temple in Rexxentrum.

Hear me out. What if, during the Schism, the B.G went "well shit, even with the primordials, were still losing! What are we gonna do?!?" And then one fucker, probably Lolth, went "I got an idea. HEAR ME OUT. What if. We and the primordials. Go to Ruidus- LET ME FINISH- And release a small, SMALL portion of it, to fight the Deities? Then we can take it out later ourselves! Win-win! What do ya say?"

The others look around and went " wow. That's so insane, it JUST MIGHT WORK!!!" So they do and out pops Thurizdun who goes " Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the opportunity, and I promise to-*Barfs out the Abyss and Deamons into existence* "ahem. Deepest apologies, now let's go murder everything!!!!!" And then proceeds to Leeroy Jenkins, moshpit style, into Exandria with the Deities going "WTF GUYS?!?"
