this chapter did solidify some things for me. acearo spec kris. kriselle very very not good. suselle... huh... um, it was cute, but. i did not get at any point prior that susie was jealous over the closeness between noelle and kris. until now. nor that susie was crushing on noelle until now. unless the implication was that susie used to have a crush on kris which is extremely funny but also sad for many reasons. same way the torch ah ralsei carries for kris is quite sad. which we see with the mew mew shit that a lot of people fall for kris, and kris just. doesnt want to and cant reciprocate. sighs

anyway. a lot of thoughts on ch5 actually. overall fantastic chapter but. not sure why its chapter 5. and not chapter 4. chapter 4 should. really be chapter five. i think that would've mitigated a lot of the critiques i have of the chapter and felt more natural. obviously some ah minor storybeats would have to be swapped around. weird route stuff and the way certain bits of information are revealed but. overall it would've felt a lot more natural, especially following up ch3.

im proceeding through ch5 like a person in a minefield I have barely touched literally only seen the flowers and how they act through fanart thus far still in the intro and i feel utterly sick to my stomach thus far with some of these little Revelations

trying hard not to get endeared to the ways in which that irritating little yellow flower bastard is just so annoying and weird it loops back around into being kind of awesome
