I like the framing of Sengoku in the first panel. He's portrayed as being this scrub's literal superior officer, standing way above him while shouting orders. This whole chapter has been about Sengoku's big plan coming together to put Whitebeard and his allies on the ropes, and so far it's been working brilliantly.
