Could you maybe write a caregiver Stein? I usually like an "I found this kid and she's mine" type story. One where I can just kinda blend into his life. Playing toys on the floor by his desk or something. Infant-toddler please ...!

Stein sat hunched over his desk, in a way slightly uncomfortable. His chair pushed out a little further making him have to lean in more, but he didn’t mind. He had to make space after all.

Under the desk was a quiet clacking and shuffling, and every now and then Stein found himself pausing his work to glance down. Checking in on…you. The adorable little one ‘working’ away with your own set of plastic tools and a little kit.

Stein himself was having to do the grueling and repetitive work of cleaning all of his tools and equipment. It was undeniably amusing to him how you seemed so fascinated that you had requested your own set. His own Little Doctor. It kept his brain occupied in a way that was a nice change of pace.

“So, Doctor Tiny,” he broke the silence as he glanced down again. “What’s the prognosis?”

You glanced up, Teddy Bear in hand and a fake thermometer in the other. The kind that would go red when tilted.

“Mm…bad.” The answer was almost a little humorous.

“Bad?” Stein raised a brow, picking up a vial to examine it for small cracks.

“Big fever, like…a thousands.” You nodded with solemn certainty.

“Oh,” Stein set down the vial, interested where this was going, “that is bad.” He pondered for a moment, “shall I take the patient to an operation?” He offered, giving his big smile that you like oh so much.

“Yus, Doctor’s Orders.” You giggled, reaching up to hand off your little patient, which Stein took with utmost tender importance.

“Very well, Doctor Tiny. While I work on this patient, how about a staff break?” Stein reached over his desk, pulling open a drawer. Reaching in he produced a little paci with mixed colors.

Your eyes lit up, taking the paci with eager hands. Content to sit down and watch your patient be treated.
