Soren wasn't overly invested in the wedding between the two other ruling families, which meant that he didn't care at all except for the risk it brought of Nikau discussing alliances again and how Soren had done nothing yet to secure one. He didn't expect anything to gain from the wedding, and he certainly didn't expect to catch sight of his youngest brother looking happy. You'd think it wouldn't be that strange of a thing to see, but the way that Tyr was smiling and appeared to be laughing? It wasn't something that Soren had even noticed before and the sight of it stayed with him even when other things demanded his attention, when he had to play at politics. Still, he was distracted, and it lasted until the moment he was able to find his way to Tyr, stepping into space at his side. "I'm a little surprised you're still here. Sighing, Jules focused on his actual job, which actually wasn't to understand why this family behaved the way they did (He could guess). "At some point, your brother will need to have betrothal talks. Your former betrothed is here, aren't they? Is there any way you want to handle that?"

The wedding only served as a reminder for Livia that her little princess had a betrothal of her own and if the summit dragged on for too long, the wedding could take place there. An idea she was absolutely against; if they were going to have a lavish ceremony, she’d host it back home in Italy. Alas, if it had to be carried out in Switzerland they better be ready to meet all of her demands - they all wanted to be Italy’s new friend, and if they wanted that to happen it was on them to keep her happy, at least so long as she was the highest ranking member of the family present. Out of all her children there was one she hadn’t come across yet - whether her youngest was avoiding her altogether, or busy, she didn’t know. And frankly, Katharina would rather not ask as she feared what the answer would be. Even so, she knew the most likely place to find her son were the stables and she wasn’t disappointed. Once she made it there, she watched Tyr for a moment before making her presence known. “ Made any new friends yet? “
