Landon now felt strange admitting it, felt odd to talk to one of the people that he had written a play about. “Everything you did in Mystic Falls, the whole history of it. The doppelgangers, fighting Originals, the travelers, anti-magic barrier, heretics. I wrote a play about it all for the Salvatore school.”

It felt weird to have someone listen a lot of the things from his last few decades of life. “Oh, the school play,” Damon said. “Right, yeah. I saw that. It was pretty good. Though It was a little more romantic in the play, than I recall it being in real life. I wasn’t really the hero of the story to start with.”  

Damon turned around to look at the kid. "And what exactly am I famous for?" He was pretty sure it wasn't anything good given his history.
