What if- HQ was only a Cephoktopod military base until the Lepidopyre's war when they were like 'hey, we're probably the only ones capable of keeping out invaders on the other planets' so the Intergalactic Force was created (by Ludwig's grandfather) as a part of military in charge of keeping other planets safe. So reorganizing goes down and they get the current HQ. Cus it was Cephoktopods only when built it still has parts in the Cephoktopods language that they couldn't replace easily.

What's the name of the Cephoktopod's planet?
Aquadius yes I didn't just come up with that on the fly.
(Headcanon: the Cephoktopod's world [i don't think it has a name] is basically 14% land and 86% water and out of that 14% there is little to no dirt so the world doesn't have grass. Instead Loads of moss grows on the stone [above and underneath the water] and a butt ton of colorful coral and small fishies).
