A través de esta obra propongo un diálogo entre el paisaje natural actual, la historia personal y el paisaje histórico de las personas que habitaron la antigua factoria maderera Puerto Yartou. Me interesa la historia doméstica de las mujeres de principios del 1900. A través del diálogo del agua y el cuerpo quisiera enunciar una problemática de resistencia y poder. Agua helada en las manos dialogando con el paisaje, telescópico desde la ventana a lo salvaje. Mientras los hombres conquistan las maderas, modifican la tierra, las mujeres entran en el ritmo de vaivén del camino doméstico. Hay historia y hay ficción, hay resonancia con la propia biografía migrante, hay ritual y hay invención. En todo eso, a través de la performance, se construye una especie de conversación desde el cuerpo, conocer desde el propio cuerpo las historias de otras. Trabajando con herramientas de la etnografía para preguntar, qué hay mío en esa historia. Lavo en silencio, el agua hace sus sonidos mientras el paisaje me incluye como otro más. Sentir a través del hacer, que se junten los tiempos.

Estreucturas para poner a secar las memorias, para dejar aparecer, para dar aire y ventilar. Las mujeres migrantes llegan a Puerto Yartou y sus rituales cotidianos las sostienen en el imperio doméstico dialogando con lo salvaje, con lo extraño, con lo otro. ¿Cómo serían sus miedos, sus alegrías y sus sueños en los bordes helados de una tierra lejana?

TEMPLE — Owen Davis ran for 208 yards and three touchdowns and threw for 102 yards and two more scores to help lead the BVCHEA Mustangs past the CenTex Chargers 58-30 on Friday.

On defense, PJ Dooley had eight tackles, including one for a loss, while Joseph Kitts had eight tackles to lead BVCHEA. Kitts also blocked a PAT kick. Jered Lavender added five tackles and forced two fumbles.

BVCHEA’s Ethan Ray added two TD runs and caught a 48-yard TD pass from Davis.
