Heeler House

A tidy, high-end rental house just across the street from Sims University's Campus, for the more fortunate ones. Fancy interior, but the exterior and landscaping make it look way out of place.

I built this house live on the Purple Website back in February 2024 for @celtysims’s Cursed Build Challenge, just now I'm posting it here.

Anyways, this is a 12x56 residential lot, you have to place it using Edit Town mode beside the Modest Manse (Two Couples household) lot located at 1051 University Drive.

Requires all EPs except for Pets and the Master Suite SP. You also need the Add Any Lot Size mod by velocitygrass, due to the weird lot size requested by the challenge.

I have a cuppa coffee, a cranky cat on my lap and a dog who is not allowed on the couch yet is on the couch sitting beside me anyway. The rule is mostly an honorary one  lol

Exclusively disks. Except for Sims Medieval but I regret that. I plan on buying TSM’s hard copies sometime in the future. Lol.

The reason being is that I grew up with hard copies of all my games and I simply kept the habit. The second reason is that I prefer hard copies of my games (especially Sims 3) because EA has a terrible track record in customer support for a game they no longer make, and I prefer to have backups just in case, y’know?
