Cottage garden, California style! Look at that vigorous Climbing Cecile Brunner rose totally engulfing the rustic wood arbor. Isn’t that glorious? The photo was taken on my recent trip to La Jolla, California, but I have seen a Cecile Brunner rose growing up the side of a building at a local nursery here in Austin as well. I am tinkering with the idea of planting this rose in my own garden and let it climb along a fence. What do you think, shall I give it a try? Anyone having experience with growing this rose?
