The gang is dead. What a weird thing to say out loud. Unlike Patrick, I never had a harsh hatred for them, and that’s even after they tried to kill Elessar. I think it’s because I knew they would all die one day anyways. When we first met, Patrick had promised to keep me safe, so I thought being the gang was him doing that. Unsurprisingly, it wasn’t very safe towards the end. 

When they tried to get rid of us all those years ago, I was really mad. I know I’m supposed to die one day, but it wasn’t supposed to be by their hands. It was offensive that they thought they could do that. It felt good when we killed the first few batches of them, and it felt even better to kill them all off. I’m not sure what’s going to happen next though. I know Patrick doesn’t have a need to be here in the city anymore, but I don’t want him to leave. I don’t know how to tell him that though. 

Today was a quiet one. So quiet that all I could talk to were the voices. They’re still oud as ever, but they don’t seem as angry as they used to be. I’m not too sure why though. It might be something to ask Patrick about. Anyways, the voices aren’t multiplying like they used to back then. I think it’s because I’m not killing as many people as I was outside of this city. 

That’s probably the one thing I don’t like about this place. I don’t like that I can’t go out and kill whoever I want, whenever I want. Even with Elessar, it’s not really possible. Both him and Patrick are very concerned with their reputation in this city. It’s weird. I know there’s a lot of rules to follow, but they can’t be that important. Right? I know Patrick would kill me for even thinking of stuff like this. 

Spending time outside of the city has started to become very strange for me. It just doesn’t feel right, even though I’ve only live in the city for a short amount of time. I was gonna ask Patrick what it meant the last time I saw him, but I forgot. I know my brother can always explain things really well for me. I hope he can explain why I don’t want to leave unlike when we first came here. Maybe this place is growing on me. 

How does your character behave around children?

He views children the same as he views everyone else in the world, although he would be a little nicer to them.

How does your character behave around the elderly?

He would be slightly disgusted over the fact that they’ve lived for so long.

How does your character normally deal with minor confrontation?

Violently.

How quick or slow is your character to resort to physical violence in a confrontation? Explain.

Very quickly. He is the type to kill first then ask questions later. 

Describe a scenario in which your character feels most comfortable.

When he’s around people he trusts (Patrick, Elessar) or when he’s surrounded by death. 

Describe a scenario in which your character feels most uncomfortable.

Any scenario where people view him as crazy, or tell him he’s crazy. Or any instance when he’s left alone in a small confined space. 

In the face of criticism, is your character defensive, self-deprecating, or willing to improve? Explain.

Criticism tends to go over his head/he doesn’t care to listen to it. He is pretty set in his ways and won’t change at all. 

How does your character behave around people they like?

Obsessively. He creates a fantasy that involves them, and becomes loyal to them. 

How does your character behave around people they dislike?

He kills them without a second thought.

How does your character treat people in service jobs?

You don’t really picture what a normal life is like once you’ve lived like this. I think we forget about all the things we used to want when we were mortal. In two weeks, I’ll be 99. I’ve almost been on this planet for a whole century. I’ve lived through a few major wars, I’ve seen a whole world be built from the ground up and yet... Why do I feel as though nothing has really changed?

People. I think it’s people that aren’t changing. The world, sure, new buildings, new trends (not really, just re-hashing things honestly). And of course, then there’s the way people are with one another. When I was younger, the way people treated each other sucked in it’s own way but now? I don’t think people really put thought or time into a good conversation. People just bypass one another.
