-Indian government has decided to revise the E-commerce regulations , as many small businesses countinue to compete with them. -According to new rules by Ministry of Consumer, e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart may not be able to do flash salea anymore. -Organisations like Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) have also accused Amazon and Flipkart for giving big discounts, affecting small businesses of the country. -Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules of 2020 also stop e-commerce platforms from showing or promoting any misleading advertisements.
