I think in warrior cats the phrase "fights like a queen" should be an actual saying to refer someone who will rip your fucking pelt off. Like, fights UNNECESSARILY hard. Their own Clanmates are pulling them off you in a battle so they don't kill you type shit. I think this should be a compliment in the way that we affectionately use "mama bear" to mean someone who'll tear you a new one in defense of kids. Cats should have commented on Lionblaze getting through multiple battles unscathed by telling him he fought like a queen. He should have been proud of this with no trace of embarrassment or implied emasculation.

my favorite thing in the world is listening to little kids talk about their favorite animals. they just list off every single fun fact they can remember and then if you've got trivia that they don't have they look at you like you're a wizard

Have to remind myself everyday that most people around me in person are not alter human or fictionkin in any way. And as such I have to behave accordingly so I'm not bullied by idiots.
