The Portland premiere of CAT DADDIES (2022) sold out in advance of its 7:00 PM screening last night, so we added a matinee that came close to selling out as well. Director Mye Hoang was in attendance and did a Q&A with the audience following both screenings. Big thanks to the Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon for tabling and helping people get stray and barn cats the services they need. It was really nice to have a full house of lovely cat lovers during the post-holiday chill and a testament to the power of cinema. If any independent theaters out there are looking for a heartwarming documentary, we can't recommend this one enough.
