This doofus doesn't want a job. He just wants to surf and be a goofball and work on his tan. He's currently freeloading at his friend Yuriko's place. She feeds him well.

In between thefts, Waverley is feeding street cats.

Waverley is a menace to society...

After finding more free money, he wasn't quite so bummed about striking out with Min-Kyung. He headed over to Ocean Gate to buy some snorkeling gear for himself. This is Leslie's workplace.

Waverley was smitten immediately.

Waverley: Hey, cutie. You look like you know your way around a surfboard. Wanna catch a wave?

Miss Leslie was not having it.

Leslie: With you? No. I have a boyfriend.

(Not exactly true, but Reid would totally say he's Leslie's boyfriend to keep guys like Waverley away from her)

Waverley: Come on! I'll bet you look fabulous in a bathing suit, and you totally seem like the athletic type.

Leslie: What part of 'no' did you misunderstand?

Waverley: That was a compliment, you know.

Leslie: I know, but it's also sexual harassment. Now, please stop bothering me at work, or I'll have to call my friend Taemin.

Waverley: Your boy friend?

Leslie: Taemin isn't my boyfriend. He's a police officer.

Waverley wasn't interested in being near any cops, so he decided he'd better get out of there. He paid for his snorkeling gear and took off.

Leslie looked like she was about to cry. She was relieved to be rid of him.

After all that, Waverley needed lunch, so he headed for the Sunwave Bar & Café, and look who joined him at his table. It was Min-Kyung, the woman from the bus stop.

Min-Kyung: I don't know what it is about you, but I had to find you and apologize for being rude at the bus stop.

Waverley: It's my personal magnetism. And thanks. Apology accepted. I'm Waverley, by the way. Waverley Anderson.

Min-Kyung: Kang Min-Kyung.

Waverley: It's great to meet you properly, Min-Kyung. Can I buy you some lunch or a drink or something?

Min-Kyung: An iced tea would be great, but I can't join you for lunch. I have an appointment to get my hair done. But, give me your number and I'll text you later. Maybe you can buy me dinner this evening instead.

Waverley moved to Cahaya!

He arrived at night, and although he has a place to live, he decided that rather than going inside and going to bed like a normal person, he'd wander around town in the dark instead.

Waverley: Ooh... what do we have here?

It was a shopping bag, abandoned near a bench.

Waverley: All right! Let's see what we've got.

Waverley: Oh yes, you're definitely coming with me.

This idiot stole a bag containing over $2,700 in cash. Apparently, Zois in Cahaya misplace their cash a lot. (Reid found $10,000 at a bus stop).

Then he walked a few meters down the street and bought chips from a vending machine like, "Nope. Nothing to see here. Just a normal dude out for a normal midnight walk."

At this point, I'm wondering if Waverley is ever going to get caught. He found 3 more abandoned bags (that's 5 in total over the course of two days).

There's no actual story snippet in this post. It's just screenshots of our favourite petty criminal Waverley helping himself to the contents of all these abandoned bags.

As of last count, he's stolen about $11k. If I was mildly curious about the justice system in Cahaya before, now I am actively trying to get him arrested and sent to jail.
