It follows the trope of an all-knowing AI learning the horrors of humanity, but with the delightful twist of it choosing to learn to love the good in it, despite it all (and this poor guy would be more than justified in his hate, which makes it all the more inspiring to me). More importantly though, it's a MUSICAL! The songs are absolute bangers, with the most recent one as my current favorite. I'm unsure if there'll be ARG elements yet, but it is interactable through the comments section, since it's AIDEN (the AI himself) "running" the YouTube account, which is neat!

The main gameplay loop is both satisfactory and easy to grasp, reminiscent of Papers Please, allowing you to get better while also throwing curve balls your way for a nice change of pace the moment it starts to feel monotonous.

But what really stands out is the atmosphere of it all; the charming art on the monsters with so much variety in design (Ingvar, Smiles and Spade were some of my favorites), the simple 3D modelling of the environment and the lighting really come together to inspire peace, suspense and mystery, leading smoothly into the scary bits when present, and it had one of the best soundtracks out of any game I've played, period (reminded me a lot of DELTARUNE).

The writing doesn't fall short either—every monster has a distinct personality for you to get to know, and the characters had a great deal of charm to them (it was always a pleasure to talk to The Boss). The story is also very intriguing, shrouded in mystery and intrigue regarding the world you find yourself in to the end.

Yeah the game is kind of new, but the attention it's getting is unacceptably low (to me). I'd pay money to play it over on Steam, but the fact it's free to play on Roblox is just incredible. I've been playing it on and off for a week as a way to relax (even if it got me to jump out of my seat on three separate times!) and it has quickly become one of my favorites, Roblox or not (it reminded me a lot of The Upturned, which was my favorite game from last year).
