I think a lot about how Alucard’s childhood bedroom had a lot of astronomy incorporated into the design, which made me think of Dracula teaching baby Adrian all about the stars and constellations. After Dracula’s death, I don’t think he was able to think about those times in a positive light.
That was until he had a daughter of his very own, who’s curiosity knew no bounds. Naturally, she took interest in the stars, and something that Alucard believed to be long dead woke up. He teaches Erina everything he knows about the stars, space, and everything in between. It healed his inner little boy a bit to share what he learned with his own child!
