BAM! #30dayarmchallenge complete!!! Posting a couple days late here, but that's ok bc I'm FINISHED! Feels great!!! 💪💪💪 Day 30's exercises were: 20 push-ups / 90 sec plank / 15 chair dips (do three sets) WHAT A WHOPPER!!! How do you like my trippy before and after photos!? I'm so pleased with the results! Now I can take my new strength back into my gym workouts and keep shredding! 😂😂👏👏 onto the next challenge??? We'll see!
