ZNIKAJĄCE PUNKTY Znów jesteśmy w Kowarach, tym razem po to by uronić kilka łez pod jedną ze ścian. Łez szczęścia, wylanych w zachwycie nad dziełem sztuki, lecz niestety zdławionych gorzkim łkaniem nad tego dzieła kondycją. Monumentalna mozaika na budynku upadłej fabryki dywanów sypie się jak łupież a na jej obliczu nieubłaganie przybywa martwych pikseli.
VANISHING POINTS We are back in Kowary, to shed some tears under one of the walls. Tears of happiness poured in front of terrific artwork but also bitter tears of sorrow caused by looking at condition of this artwork. The monumental mosaic on the building of the former carpet factory is falling down like dandruff flakes causing more and more dead pixels on its face.

We had the most delicious breakfast at our hotel (really, really so bad that we were in a rush because they pulled out all stops with fruits and cakes and what not) and then went off with a guide named Rosi. Rosi turned out to be a friend of Patty and was even less qualified to be a guide since he couldn’t speak English. So whatever information he had for us, he couldn’t share it.

My dad just told me that once he was driving on the highway and saw a carpet factory on the side of the rode, and he was so confused as to what it was. He was like “what is a car pet, is that like a pet thing for your car? is it a company that makes car stuff for pets?” He was about ready to pull over out of pure curiosity as to what this car pet factory was, but then he realized carpet.. it was a carpet factory....like a factory that makes carpets and rugs and stuff, not one that makes car seats for hamsters
