Went to the Carcosa Club for day 1 of month 1 of 40K Slow Grow 2 last Saturday. My army isn't painted to my liking, but I managed to get it up to tabletop standard at least. I intend to stick with the deadlines this time around. I was the last person there, so I had to miss the first round. We were so packed that there wasn't a table left. It's not exactly a big space, but packed wall to wall with tables. So that's still pretty impressive. Anyway I lost the second round to Blood Angels and the Fourth to Genestealers. But I did manage to massacre some Eldar in round 3. So I'm happy.
