Today, I'm celebrating being in the top half of my age group. I didn't make any of my time goals, but it looks like the race was tough for everyone. I walked away uninjured, ran through all my cramps, and only walked at the water stops. Here’s a little motivation for my upcoming long runs. I got a little emotional watching the course video when I remembered that I will be running for such a great and meaningful purpose. I love this city, and I am so proud to be raising funds to help out the children of my city.
