Coworkers get kidnapped. Older dyke trying to protect her mentee (younger, could be also a dyke or more femme idk) from their captor but is also trying to hide her attraction to the girl. The captor notices and 1) mocks her for failing to protect her 2) asks the younger if she still sees the older as a cool protector now that she’s bleeding and crying on the floor

Hero struggled against the arms that were manhandling them through the doorway, snarling and thrashing against their hold. It did not even slow the process and the door slammed behind them. They threw themselves at it, kicking and ramming their shoulders against the solid steel, bound hands in tight fists behind their back. “C’mon, CMON!” they screamed to nothing. Absolutely nothing. Slowly, the fight drained out of them as fear crept in. Nothing but fear. They pressed their head against the cold metal and sunk to their knees. Soon, they were glad for the door holding so firm because it was all that was holding them up as they sobbed, unable to even wipe their face. Finally they turned, pulling their knees to their chest and froze. Straight across from them was Villain, hanging there from the wall, broken and bloody. It seemed all they could do to lift their head and yet they still had the audacity to smirk.

"Stop! Stop it! Get AWAY from them!" The Caretaker thrashed wildly in their binds, ropes cutting into their wrists.
