Had a long overdue GNO at #youngjoni
My favorite was the Grilled Eggplant and Smashed Potatoes:
baba ghanoush, grilled halloumi, pickled tumeric and shallots, Indian five spice
The eggplant was cooked perfectly- bursting with bold flavors.
Japanese Sweet Potato:
charred scallion crème fraîche, pickled fresno, gochugaru, bonito
La Parisienne pizza:
LaQuercia prosciutto, gruyère, ricotta, brown butter, caramelized onion, arugula, pickled mustard seed. (Not fully pictured)
Cauliflower:
shishito peppers, saffron chermoula, pickled fresno, golden raisins, almond picada, cauliflower yogurt
All soooo good. Brought home lots of leftovers.
Will definitely return.

Fall in Minnesota is always gorgeous, filled with vibrant colors and majestic sunsets. I feel like usually we get a couple weeks of magnificence and then the snow comes, but this year has been as perfect as it gets. The cool, crisp air warrants cozy, comfy hoodies, and Minnesota couldn’t be more picturesque.Â
