Kylo Ren. Two words that usually strike fear into the hearts of men and women across the galaxy. But to you...it was something else. It wasn't fear. So what was it? Why weren't you scared of him?

You lay awake in bed staring at the ceiling above you. You were a low ranking officer. Nowhere near important to anyone. Which was probably also good, because then no one would kill you for doing something wrong.

You'd always wondered why the cold blooded killer, as the other officers called Kylo Ren behind his back, didn't scare you like he scared everyone else.

When you'd first joined the ship, fresh out of training ready to serve. You'd seen him. Standing next to Captain Plasm and General Hux. As General Hux gave a speak about the first order, you felt your eyes and mind wondering the black glad Sith on his right.

Kylo Ren. The name should have had you shaking in your shoes. But it didn't. Instead. It relaxed you?

You groan and roll over to face the wall by your bed. Why does Kylo Ren not scare you? Why do you think about him all the time? What is it?

The answer didn't come until a few days later. You were on your way to deliver some documents to Hux on the bridge. Well it should have been your boss but he was way too lazy to come up all the way.

As you entered the bridge after having a small argument with the Stormtroopers outside the door because you weren't really the right rank of officer to enter the bridge, your eyes registered him.

A attractive dark haired male's standing talking to Hux. His curious gaze settled on you. A eyebrow raising in confusion. Why was such a low ranking officer on the bridge? You could already see the thoughts circulating the man's head.

You blushes and moved your eyes to the floor. Standing to the side until Hux and the man finished their conversation. He was attractive. Incredibly attractive.

Who was that man? You thought as you waited. You'd never seen him before. Glancing up, your eyes landing on something attached to his waist. A lightsaber. Oh god. That was Kylo Ren.
