Hi everyone! this is Senior Lieutenant Pyrondi. unfortunately the Commanders a bit preoccupied at the moment, she said something about a food fight in the officers canteen?
But anyway, she has asked me to write today's column! it's such an honour, I know she's very particular about her newsletter - but do not fear 'dear reader' I am a treasure trove of scuttlebut!
Right then. let's get into the nitty-gritty. as I was making my way to the weapons station. This morning, I noticed something very out of place; Assistant Director Ronan and the Commodore - flirting.
I know, I know. you guys don't believe it; but I swear on the Emperors life. they were giggling and-

Personal amendment: The Commodore was peeking over my shoulder and saw the sentence about her and the Assistant Director. She said, and I quote, "Senior Lieutenant, we were not flirting - delete that sentence immediately. He was only offering to buy me a meal - not take me on a date." Sorry, guys. she is my superior officer. i'll have to delete that section of the column.
Okay then [taps chin, thoughtfully] what other tittle-tattle can I spill...
Oh. I got something! Captain Pellaeons has been chasing this cute little mouse droid for over an hour; for stealing his code cylinders! [Add laugh track here.] yes I know its not totally hot gossip but-

The bridge goes silent.
Eli: Why is everyone staring at me?
Faro: You just called Admiral Thrawn, dad. You said, "Thanks, dad."
Eli: What? No, I said thanks, man.
Thrawn: Do you see me as a father figure, Leiutenant vanto?
Eli: Pfft, no, if anything, I see you as a bother figure because you're always bothering me.
Pellaeon: Hey, show your father some respect!
