This is the stunning #caodaitemple. It’s located 50 miles north west of #hochiminhcity in Vietnam. With around 6 million followers, #caodai is one of the most popular religions in Viet Nam. "Cao" stands for "high" and "Dai" means "palace". Caodaism intends to combine the best elements from many of the main religions around the earth: Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Judaism, Confucianism, in addition to other local religions. The eternal human search for the perfect religion. You are allowed to go in the temple and observe their ceremony. The temple by its self is extremely interesting, it shows elements from all the previously mentioned religions that Cao Dai combines. While it’s not a crime, I however looove the story. It’s a Holysee temple of a Cao Dai religion in a small village which name I have forgotten. In this temple you can see reliefs of all the main prophets of the world since it’s believed that they all were a part of bigger universal truth.
