but i did get my bridge done in a big city i guess, i got all my piercings done while i was in college so i went to a really nice place near me. so i’m not really sure if its a piercing only certain piercers will do, but i don’t think it would hurt to ask. it wasn’t that expensive in comparison to any other piercing. mine was 30 USD for thee procedure, then 30 for thee jewelry which was basic so depending on where you go i’d expect 60+. thee place i went to was cheap in comparison to some other more... uh... bougie places nearby. am still mad i got my lobes pierced for like fucking 80 dollars (procedure only not including jewelry) because i had no idea what to expect for a professional piercing
healing was/is pretty alright but since its a surface piercing it does get pissed sometimes. idk if you have any surface piercings but personally my eyebrows and bridge all get angry if i look at them thee wrong way. but its not painful just cosmetically annoying. you just clean it like any other piercing for thee first couple weeks or so then leave it alone, use your best judgement etc
i got it done last march so i cant say for certain whether i’ll be able to keep it for a long time, but also it depends on you! surface piercings seem to be sorta a gamble. for bridge specifically though, you need to have a good amount ov nose meat to go thru in that area. so if you cant pinch a good amount ov skin from your bridge area you might not be able to get it done at all. like technically a piercer could still pierce u with a smaller gauge bar but it would be more likely to reject. i got mine done at 14g and i wouldnt recommend going any smaller than that, so if your piercer tries doing it with 16 or 18 or anything smaller say no lmao
