I really, really wish I could tell you that the whole episode of Candy Chops is available. I would LOVE to see it. But unfortunately, I have only found these clips (and believe me, I have looked) which I uploaded to youtube some time ago.

Here's another little scene with Tom Hardy from Candy Chops - the comedy show pilot which sadly never aired. It's about aspiring rapper Ethx - who seems to be working at a hospital when he's not rapping.
The other guy is Chris Obi (from whose demo reel I found this little clip) who also directed the short Perfect wherein Tom plays a doctor.
Also, the music playing in the background is Allegri's Miserere - the most beautiful piece of music ever written, IMO.
